Who we are

This website is operated by 11 Minds (11minds.studio), an SEO, AEO and GEO agency. 11 Minds is the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@11minds.studio.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or request a free SEO and AI visibility audit, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), website address and your message. The audit form also asks about your industry, goals, competitors and the AI platforms you are interested in.

Technical information. To protect the forms from abuse we record a salted hash of your IP address (the address itself is not stored), your browser’s user-agent string, and the time the form was opened and submitted. This information cannot be used on its own to identify you.

Analytics. Analytics is only active when we have enabled it. When it is, it records aggregate page views and referrers so we can understand how the site is used. We do not build individual profiles from it.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it.
To prepare and deliver the audit you requested.
To keep the forms secure and filter out spam and automated submissions.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

We process technical information and respond to enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website and in replying to people who contact us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and audit-request records only for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and follow it up, and we delete them once they are no longer needed, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are legally required to keep them longer. Technical information used for spam protection is kept for the same period alongside the record it protects.

We share your information only with the providers we need to run this site:

Our email provider, which delivers form notifications and our replies to you.
Our hosting and database providers, which store the site and its records.

These providers process information on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy.
Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete your information, subject to any legal duty to keep it.
Stop processing your information, or withdraw the consent you gave.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. Only cookies essential to serving the site securely are used. If analytics is enabled, the analytics tool may set its own cookies to distinguish visits; we configure it to collect as little as the tool allows and never to record form contents.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be communicated to the people affected.
